专利说明:

This invention relates to a fastening method for a door according to the preamble of the appended claim 1 and a fastening means for carrying out the method of carrying out the method of the invention.
STATE OF THE ART Today, various types of doors are used to cover service, observation, measuring, adjusting, closing / opening devices. The current practice when attaching a service and utility hatch is that it is usually attached to its frame by means of screws in an opening made for the service or utility hatch in a building, a ship, a machine, a vehicle or smiles similarly. The frame and door usually consist of some known metal. The frame and door edge consist of some other material, for example of wood, plywood board, fi bare board or similar. The frame consisting of the above-mentioned material is most often fastened in the above-mentioned opening in the building by means of screws and likewise the door is usually fastened to the frame by means of screws.
A service hatch is a hatch that is opened to produce a device, such as a shut-off valve, meter or the like. A utility door is a door that is opened to bring the device forward and to then do something, such as switching on the device, the adjusting device and reading the meter. In the following, a hatch used for these two purposes is called only by a common name hatch. A hatch can also cover damage to a structure.
The current doors always come with a mounting frame for the door. It is expensive to manufacture the frame, and the frame also increases the total weight of the door, which makes it expensive to transport and store.
US 20130067819 A1 and US 6767279 B1 describe doors with fastening frames in metal, which fastening frames are fastened in an opening, for example by means of screws.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object is to provide a fastening method and a fastening means for a door which, when fastening the door, eliminates the need for a fixed frame for the door.
The above-mentioned disadvantages are eliminated and the above-mentioned objects are achieved by the fastening method for a door according to the invention which is characterized by what is defined in the characterizing part of claim 1, and the dependent claims relate to preferred embodiments of the invention. The fastener according to the invention is characterized by what is defined in the characterizing part of the first device requirement, and the independent claims relate to preferred embodiments of the fastener.
According to the invention, magnetic attraction is used to fasten the door. As the most important advantages of the invention, it can be mentioned that a door which is fastened by the invented fastening method does not presuppose a fixed frame for the door, which eliminates the large manufacturing costs which such a door frame entails. The invented door with its fasteners is easy to transport and does not require much storage space. In addition to the invented door, the invented fastening method makes mounting very fast, which invented fastening method is based on magnetic attraction. It is clear that the invented fastening procedure achieves large cost savings in the use and installation of doors.
GENERAL MAGNETIC FORCES Magnetic phenomena mean that one body affects another body through attraction or repulsion. The most well-known magnetic phenomenon is the ability of permanent magnets to attract nearby objects of ferromagnetism. Strong magnetic bodies are called magnets. They can be made of ferromagnetic materials which include iron, nickel and cobalt and mixtures thereof.
The invention is explained in the following with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which Figure 1 shows a method of attaching a door according to the invented method, seen from perpendicular from the front surface of the door, Figure 2 shows the method of attaching a door according to Figure 1, seen perpendicularly from the side ; figure 3 shows the door according to figures 1 and 2, seen perpendicularly from the rear surface; Figure 4 shows the door according to Figures 1 - 3, seen perpendicularly from the side; Figure 5 is a sectional detail view of the door according to fi grooves 1 - 4, perpendicular from the side; figure 7 shows the fastening member according to ur gures 1, 2 and 6, seen perpendicularly from above.
The figures contain the following parts and details. A frame 1 with a front surface 1a, a rear surface 1b and a side 1c. The side lc has a side edge lca. The side edge lca has an outer height lcaa, an inner height 1 cab, a release member lcac. The release means lcac has a length lcaca and a height lcacb. The frame 1 preferably consists of steel, a permanent magnet adhering well to it. The wall strength of the frame 1 is preferably 0.5 - 1.5 mm depending on how large the frame 1 is. The weight of the frame 1 and the dimensions of the frame 1 determine how large and how many permanent magnets are used.
Frame 1 has, for example, the following preferred dimensions. The wall strength of the frame is 0.75 mm, the inner height lcab of the side edge is 2.5 mm, the release member lcac in the side edge lca of the frame 1 is a hole in the shape of a rectangle. It is preferably located in the vicinity of the corner of the frame 1 and in the upper surface of the side edge 1ca, preferably with its upper side fixed to the front surface of the frame 1. The release means lcac functions, as the name implies, as an opening from which the door can be easily detached, for example by means of the tip of a screwdriver. The release means lcac has the following preferred dimensions: the length lcaca is 10 -15 mm and the height lcacb is 1 - 1.5 111m.
The permanent magnet can, in contrast to the guras, be attached to the frame 1 of the door, for example by means of a double-sided adhesive tape, whereby the frame 1 may consist of any material other than steel. If the permanent magnet is attached to the frame 1, the mounting surface 3 must be made of steel, or a metal disc must be attached to the mounting surface 3, for example by means of a screw / screws or a double-sided adhesive tape, to which metal disc the permanent magnet adheres well. The permanent magnet has no reference number in the figures as it functions alone as fastening means 2, for example when the frame 1a and the fastening surface 3 consist of steel. A fastening member 2 with a frame 2a. The body 2a has a permanent magnet 2aa, a width 2ab, a depth 2ac, a height 2d, a wall strength 2ae, an inner depth 2a fl an inner height 2ag, a mounting hole 2ah, a door surface 2ai, a mounting surface 2aj and a gripping member 2ak. The wall strength 2ae of the body 2a is preferably 0.5 - 1 mm, and the body 2a preferably consists of steel to which the permanent magnet 2aa attaches well. The pencil magnet 2aa can also be attached to the body 2a by means of glue or a double-sided adhesive tape, the body 2a may consist of a material other than steel.
The frame 2a has the following preferred dimensions: the internal height of the 2ag is about 12 - 12.5 mm (the thickness of a Gyproc board is 12 mm, and it is a fire retardant building board which is generally in use), the width 2ab is about 25 - 40 mm, the inner depth is about 15 -20 mm. The pencil magnet 2aa is preferably 1 mm thick. All these dimensions are only examples because they can vary a lot, for example in the case that the door is very heavy. The mounting hole 2ah is intended for a mounting screw (not shown in the figures), the mounting hole 2ah extends through the upper side and lower side of the frame 2a, the mounting screw being longer than the height 2ad of the frame 2a. The gripping member 2ak is an elevation on the fixed surface surface 2aj of the body 2a, the body 2a adhering well to the fastening surface 3. In the grooves 6 and 7 the gripping member 2ak has the shape of a V which is made in the body 2a by means of two cuts. The sharp tip 2aka of the gripping member 2ak prevents the body 2a from sliding away from the fastening surface 3. The gripping member 2ak functions in the same way as a screw and allows movement in one direction but does not allow movement in the opposite direction. A fastening surface 3 with a thickness 3a and an opening 3b.
The figures show a fastening method for a door, intended for removable / openable fastening doors used in constructions, which doors are used to cover service, observation, measuring, adjusting, closing / opening devices or damage to the structures.
It has now been invented that the frame 1 of the door is fastened to a fastening surface 3 removably / openably by means of one or two fastening means 2 which are based on magnetic attraction. The fastening member 2, which has a magnetic pulling force, attaches the frame 1 of the door to the fastening surface 3 by its magnetic pulling force, when it is attached to the fastening surface 3. In contrast to the figures, the fastening member 2, which has a magnetic pulling force, fastens the frame 1 on the fastening surface 3, which consists of metal or is provided with metal, by its magnetic attraction, when it is fastened to the frame 1 of the door.
The figures show a fastening means, intended to detachably / openably fasten doors used in constructions, which doors are used to cover service, observation, measuring, adjusting, closing / opening devices. The body 2a of the fastener 2 consists of a permanent magnet, or the body 2a of the fastener 2 is provided with one or more permanent magnets 2aa. The frame 2a is U-shaped in side view. The inner height 2ah of the frame 2a corresponds to the thickness 3a of the mounting surface 3 to the size, whereby the frame 2a can be slid close to the mounting surface 3. The frame 2a has one or more mounting holes 2ah. On the fastening surface 2aj of the frame 2a there is one or fl your gripping members 2ak.
The figures show a door, intended to cover service, observation, measuring, adjusting, closing / opening devices in constructions, which door has a frame 1 with a front surface 1a, a rear surface 1b and a side 1c. The side lc of the door has one or more side edges lca, which side edge lca inner height 1 cab is 2 - 3 mm. One or more of the side edges of the door lca has one or more release means lcac. The door frame la has one or fl your permanent magnets.
USE OF THE INVENTION The fastening member 2 shown in the figures is used so that the fastening member / fastening members 2 are pushed close to the fastening surface 3, with the open side of the frame 2a (open side of the frame) in front, after which the door is put in place. The door is held in place by magnetic attraction.
The invented door frame 1 and the invented fastening member 2 can be made of known material, preferably of metal and a pencil magnet, and by known methods.
